Intro to Coffee & Home Brewing Class

Would you like to learn more about coffee? Would you like to drink better coffee at home? We want to help!

Our Intro to Coffee & Home Brewing Class will introduce you to the basics of coffee: where it comes from, how it is processed, how it is roasted, and why it doesn’t all taste the same. We will also teach the basics of better home brewing, with an emphasis on variables like water quality, water temperature, grinding, and water-to-coffee brew ratios. This will include some discussion and introductory instruction on our favorite home brewing methods, such as the pour-over, French Press, and Aeropress, as well as coffee tasting using some of these methods.

We will host the class at our roasting facility, and it will last approximately 2 hours. Our roasting room is located on our property and is not open to the public (except for events and visits by appointment). You will receive an email with directions to the class once you have signed up.

We hope you are able to join us!
